Personal Care & Daily Living

Helping clients maintain dignity, comfort and independence with everyday routines.

Caregivers provide essential, one-on-one support with daily activities—such as bathing, grooming, oral care, and toileting. This compassionate, holistic care empowers clients to feel their best and improves their overall quality of life

  • FREEDOM at Home caregivers provide consistent, uplifting companionship that helps clients stay connected to their community. We focus on active listening and meaningful conversation, ensuring your loved one feels heard, respected, and confident in their daily life.

  • We assist with opening medication containers, reading labels and reminding when it is time to take medications.

  • When your doctor prescribes physical, occupational, or speech therapy, FREEDOM at Home provides the reminders and encouragement you need to practice your exercises at home.

  • Preventing falls is our top priority. We provide daily, hands-on support to help our clients move safely, whether that means offering a steadying arm, using a gait belt, or assisting with a transfer lift.

Memory Care & Support

Compassionate support for individuals experiencing memory loss while providing reassurance to families.

  • Navigating the gradual loss of memory and daily life skills is perhaps the most heartbreaking transition a person and their loved ones can face in today's world. Our caregivers have patience, creativeness and experience.

Household Support

Helping keep the home safe, clean and comfortable.

  • Getting the daily paper and mail, watering the plants, organizing bills, weekly reminders and escorting to appointments are just a few of the services we provide.

  • Laundry can be done in either the client’s home or the laundromat and includes washing, drying, folding, ironing and putting things away.

  • Our light housekeeping services include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens and other assorted household chores.

Nutrition & Errands

Assistance with meals and essential daily tasks.

  • We will shop for groceries and other items needed at stores of our clients’ preference and run errands, such as picking up prescriptions or going to the post office.

  • We plan, prep, and cook hot, delicious meals, letting clients help at their own comfort level. Since many older adults struggle to eat well on their own, our caregivers ensure they get the vital nutrition needed for a healthier, more independent life at home.

Transportation Services

Helping clients remain active, engaged and connected.

  • We provide transportation such as taking clients to medical appointments, barbershops, beauty salons, shopping at the mall, or wherever else our clients want to go.

Family & End-of-Life Support

Providing relief and support during difficult seasons.

  • Caring for a terminally ill family member at home is often overwhelming. FREEDOM at Home partners with local hospice providers to support families during this difficult time. By assisting with personal care and daily needs, we help ensure your loved one remains clean, comfortable, and at peace. These essential services provide family caregivers with much-needed time to rest, tend to personal matters, and process their emotions, confident that their loved one is receiving compassionate, dignified care
